OAK AND AVE IMPACT

Oak and Ave Impact is a nonprofit organization based in Spartanburg SC, whom mission is to impact communities through housing opportunities with our people-driven approach, while making homeownership and livability more affordable.

 

What began in 2020 as a conversation around housing equity and bringing forth affordable housing opportunities for our local community has quickly grown into the "Oak and Ave Way"! 

 

Over the past two years, we’ve been able to help over 50 clients attain homeownership and developed over 20 affordable safe quality homes.

 

When a client chooses to work with us, they experience a streamline approach to asset creation through our homeownership pathway. 

 

Homeownership generates economic mobility. Having an asset creates generational wealth. At Oak and Ave Impact we're here to serve the community.
