Improving Housing Equity and Quality of Life

As communities such as Spartanburg continue to have record setting economic growth, it's important that long-term residents have an equitable opportunity to participate in the community redevelopment. At Oak and Ave Impact our goal is to increase economic mobility through homeownership and acquisition, and with the Oak and Ave way we don’t only develop housing, we develop people. Since 2021 we've built over 20 affordable homes and have helped 50+ clients attain and sustain homeownership.
