The Oak and Ave Impact Gala 2023, was an unforgettable evening of celebration and inspiration! During the event we highlighted incredible testimonials from our housing clients, our Youth Architectural Program, witnessed live performances from national award winning poet Dove Dupree and the Donaldson Family, and enjoyed a delicious plated dinner.

The support of many generous sponsors and donors helped us raise awareness and thousands of dollars to continue to combat homeownership barriers for lower income aspiring homeowners in Spartanburg.
